Frequently Asked Questions

Online Shop

What is your return policy?
Any item can be returned, provided that it has not been opened, used, or worn. Items must be sent back in their original packaging. Once received, we will examine the item to determine that it qualifies. We do not charge a restocking fee, however the buyer must ship the item back at their expense.

My item arrived broken. What do I do?
Send us a picture of the broken item through our contact page so we can file a claim with the postal carrier and we will send you a replacement one at no charge.

Can I get an item in a custom size?
At this time, only the sizes shown in the item listing are available.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We sell wholesale to qualified resellers. Please contact sales@poconomodern.com for more information.

Do you still make custom furniture?
Yes, but we found it difficult to ship the pieces at competitive prices given that they are all fully assembled and handmade. If you are local to the Northeast, or have a budget that allows for shipping of custom furniture, drop us a line on our contact page and we can discuss the details.

I love your houses. Do you have any for sale?
At present, we don’t have any for sale, but there are a few in the works. Sign up for our mailing list to stay informed about future projects.

Can I buy the plans for one of your houses and have it built near me?
Given that each house is a custom, one-of-a-kind home designed for its site, we don’t recommend that they be copied without consulting a licensed architect. If you want to build a similar custom home, you may contact our architect through their website at www.kalashian.com.

I’m interested in a product you used in one of your homes. Can you tell me where I can get it?
Many of our homes feature custom items that we build, but if it’s still for sale we can help you find it. Just drop us a line through our contact page.

Can I see one of these houses in person?
All Pocono Modern homes are privately owned and not currently open to the public. We may plan a house tour in the near future, so sign up for our mailing list to stay informed about upcoming events.
